How much it cost to book a vehicle?


Pricing is generated automatically based on the distance traveled, time, and base fare. Pricing can vary according to the vehicle selected. Note:- Loading and Unloading time is considered in Total journey time




Does 2Dxpress provide Packing Services?


No, 2Dxpress does not provide packing services.




Does 2Dxpress provide services on a monthly basis?


Yes, 2Dxpress provides services on a monthly basis.




Who pays the toll, parking, and other charges?


Customers have to pay the toll and parking charges. Toll charges are not included in your trip fare so you have to pay them at the time of crossing the toll or the additional amount to the driver-partner. The customer has to bear parking & other charges over and above the fare amount.




What if the customer cancels the trip?


All cancellations made after 5 mins after driver allocation will incur a cancellation fee of Rs. 69. Canceling four bookings in a day after driver allocation will temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours (Figures are subject to change).




How will be the bill generated?


Bill is generated according to the system based on kilometer and time plus base fare.




Can you change the drop location once booked?


Yes, the drop location can be changed but the customer has to pay more depending on the increase in kilometer and time extended.




Can I track my vehicle?


Yes, you can track the vehicle by using the live tracking feature available in our app.




Can I book a vehicle for multiple stops for my delivery?


Yes, you can book a vehicle for multiple stops and also book a vehicle on rental basis.




Can I place a booking in advance?


Yes, for that you have to call on our service center given on our website.




What goods are permitted on 2DXpress?


We accept all goods that are not under our list of prohibited items and are suitable to be transported in our trucks based on payload and capacity requirements. To better match your requirements with the right truck, we classify goods under the following categories. We categorize goods under the following to better match your requirement with the right vehicle. Yes, you can earn on a fixed monthly basis by becoming a 2DXpress associate & joining our enterprise business.




How can I earn?


Once you get registered with us & become our 2DXpress associate you will start getting trips immediately.

No, not physically but through technology and a dedicated customer support team, you won’t miss any supervisor’s absence. We exercise control through technology.




Will I get notified about the vehicle reporting on a daily basis?


Yes, SMS along with an email with a complete summary will be sent to you by our customer support team.




How much time would you take to provide a replacement in case of a vehicle breakdown?


Around 1 - 2 hours depending on the location and availability of the vehicle.
